Today's one of those days where I really just don't want to be at work! It's just DRAGGING! The morning flew by, but the afternoon...nope - not so much. I'm teaching kickboxing again now that Xavier is on R&R. I guess I should've talked to him more because I had no idea he was leaving and wouldn't be there last night. Well - I should say I knew he was leaving - just didn't know when. Oops! No worries. :D

I think we're going to spend the evening doing a little planning for our upcoming vacation. We have to decide whether we're going to bother with a car rental or if we're going to use the train system. I think I'm leaning towards the train. We can rent a car for a day or two here and there as we want to..but it would be nice not to deal with parking/gas...and the train fares are very inexpensive... I'll do some research tonight.

My iPod that we recieved for Christmas quit working a couple weeks ago. I've been trying to fix it ever since but have been unsuccessful. Today, Tim made my day by giving me his! ;) He already had an mp3 player, so the iPod was basically just collecting dust. What a nice guy! :) Now I'll have something for the gym again! ;) yay!

Tomorrow's our weekend. I think we're going to work the morning despite the fact that they're shutting down the systems in the morning. Most of my work can be done without the shared drives/internet. I would rather get up early and have the afternoon off than sleep in. I also want to finish my book. I certainly don't read as much as I used to now that Mike is here. I would easily finish a book a week before...now, I'm on the same book that I was when Mike arrived! It's a book that I'm borrowing from Jason so I ought to finish it. I want to get it done before I got on R&R so I can start a new one for the trip. I have a few books that are waiting to be read in my room.

I guess I've avoided work long enough. Have a WONDERFUL day! OH! I believe it's Kari & Vince's Anniversary! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! (Might be a day early - if so I'm sorry!)
