I just came back from yoga, stopping through work to make sure the product I turned in for the proposal I've been assisting with was satisfactory. I see it was forwarded on, so that must mean I get to go home for the evening! (Yahoo!) I ended up leading yoga, which was the fourth session since I returned from R&R, and the first opportunity to lead...so I was definitely rusty. It seemed to go alright. Some of the poses were just held a little longer than the norm so I could think of what to do next! I was also rushed getting to class, so showing up just in time only to discover I would be guiding everyone through a practice..without some forethought...was a little...ahh!
One of my coworkers gave me a going away gift (already!) today. It was a custom made necklace. The pendant is the outline of Iraq with "Iraq" scripted in the inside of the outline in Arabic. I think it looks really cool and was quite thoughtful. Thank you!
