Dreary weather over the weekend limited our activities to the inside....I've been itching to get out to Creve Coeur Parkfor some roller blading so I was a little bummed about that.  We ended up exploring the area bowling alleys Friday night for league information.  Mike wants to join a league and thinks he's found the alley to particpate at.  On Saturday, we took the new guns to the indoor range for some target practice.  :)  I don't think we did too bad.. ;) After talking to my Dad, it sounds like we better fine tune our skills for when the family comes to visit.  Let the competition begin...!

We also stopped at a few nurseries so we could add some greenery to the appartment but were unsuccessful.  Apparently their focus right now is lawn gardening. :P

On Sunday we made delicious Belgian Waffles with bacon and spent the afternoon cleaning and doing laundry.  We had hoped to make it back out to the range but framing our collection of paintings took longer than anticipated... it also took a lot more out of our wallet than anticipated...oi, expensive!

Word from Baghdad is the kick boxing class is trickling down to non-existent. :( I hope that's just the usual die down while the main lead is on R&R!  I'll be bummed if it doesn't survived!
