Well! As of tomorrow, Mike will be the proud owner of a MOTORCYCLE! :) He has been looking at a few bikes for a while now and has been drooling over the Ducati Monsters...so that's what he's getting. The seller and I have agreed to a price, and barring any change of minds, the sale will complete tomorrow.
My weekend was busy. Between looking at motorcycles, participating in the holiday festivities, working, working out, cleaning, and grocery shopping, there wasn't much time for the coach. Not a bad thing! But it did mean I went to bed early to gain some extra snoozes.
An Iraqi member of my old team finally made it to the US under a visa and I got to see him and his wife today! :) It was a nice reunion. Hearing about all the paperwork/processing related to immigrating into the US has been exhausting. They're so happy to be here, I don't think they care. lol.
My husband and I WERE contractors in Iraq supporting the reconstruction effort. We’re still on the program, but now from the good ol’ USA. We continue to keep this blog updated on a regular basis for our family and friends. Welcome!
