What a horrible mess. It was such a headache - although I believe we have everything sorted out now...but not without digging deeper in our pockets! :P UGH! Our canceled flight out of Baghdad caused us to miss our flight out of Amman...they were unable to rebook - so we had to buy new... because we didn't use our first flight, all of our flights cancelled... getting those reservations revalidated was a PAIN! We ended up flying into Chicago late at night and trying to get a rental car took a really long time. The weather was poor, so driving home took longer than usual. To top things off, we couldn't return the car to the budget place in Madison - we had to return it to Milwaukee...which meant another long drive. Yipee skipee. ;) Ah well, the hard work paid off.
