Day 1 - A Present
This morning I ate my first chocolate on the advent calendar my mom sent me! (It was a present) :) I have it up at my desk so I don't have to worry about forgetting ;) hehe. I was actually surprised, we are allowed to display Christmas items on our desk. They even have a big tree up in the hallway. I would've thought that they didn't allow it since so many Iraqi locals work with us. Anyway! :)
Today is the first day of the Sigir for this month. That means no more macros for a while. I've been working on that all day today breaking only to work on little requests here and there. It seems like I'm making good progress... :)
Right now the server is down so noone can do any work. Hopefully it won't be much longer. ;)

My husband and I WERE contractors in Iraq supporting the reconstruction effort. We’re still on the program, but now from the good ol’ USA. We continue to keep this blog updated on a regular basis for our family and friends. Welcome!
