I felt naked today not wearing my battle rattle anymore. The 'uniform posture' went back to normal. I have to give props to the soldiers who wear all that armor everyday, all day. It's miserable wearing it for the few minutes I have to between buildings. I guess you get used to it.
I couldn't have taught a rough class last night if I tried. My body wasn't up for it. :)
TOMORROW is Mike's birthday. I tried to get Mike to go to class last night and tonight by offering early delivery of birthday presents..but he didn't bite. Guess he doesn't want his presents that bad!
My husband and I WERE contractors in Iraq supporting the reconstruction effort. We’re still on the program, but now from the good ol’ USA. We continue to keep this blog updated on a regular basis for our family and friends. Welcome!
