Our locals didn't come in today. It's highly unusual because some of our locals are not very religious, so they even come in on holy days. I know their permitted absense was extended, and a curfew issued...but it's very unlike them. I hope everything is alright....
Work has been going fairly quickly today. I know by saying that, I'll surely jinx myself and end up having the remainder of the day take forever. I've been working on one of our reports. The system doesn't seem to be coded correctly and it's affecting our reports. I feel like I say that a lot :)
I recieved the book I ordered from Amazon.com today. I decided to get a PHP book so I could reference it. Pete let me some of his books but I would like to get comfortable with a book I know I'll be able to keep. It looks like it's a pretty decent one :) got good reviews! I'm almost through the most recent books I've been reading. I'm thinking about getting a non-fiction history book :) about Rasputin. I found the stories of him very interesting in school and for some reason his name popped in my head recently. I'll have to see what Amazon has to offer!
I guess I should return to my work. My macro has completed so I no longer have an excuse for breaking.
My husband and I WERE contractors in Iraq supporting the reconstruction effort. We’re still on the program, but now from the good ol’ USA. We continue to keep this blog updated on a regular basis for our family and friends. Welcome!
