Mike's birthday was a success! :) I woke him up early so he could unwrap his birthday presents before I left for work. I gave him a home brewing kit with ingredients to produce a Irish Stout..and his Mom sent him some nice golf shirts that look like they fit perfectly! The office surprised him with a mini birthday party combined with our weekly meeting. We enjoyed chocolate icecream cake (YUM!) on Transformers plateware. We even had a Transformers Birthday Banner up. For dinner, we dined at Morton's, a nearby steakhouse. It was really nice...and really expensive. lol. But worth it. The atmosphere, service, and food were awesome. :) highly recommended.
We're getting ready for a weekend of fun up in Wisconsin. We have a birthday celebration, Fish Day, 10 yr High School Reunion, and a golf outing to look forward to!
My husband and I WERE contractors in Iraq supporting the reconstruction effort. We’re still on the program, but now from the good ol’ USA. We continue to keep this blog updated on a regular basis for our family and friends. Welcome!
